5. Purchasing Licenses
Our software plug-ins and licenses are delivered electronically.
Analog Research & Design LLC is the seller, licensor, and merchant of record for purchases made through our Website. Your purchase contract is with us. Stripe and its affiliates provide payment-processing services on our behalf; Stripe is not the seller or licensor of our products and is not responsible for their description, quality, delivery, support, or refund eligibility.
Before you submit a payment, the checkout will identify the product, total amount, currency, applicable taxes or fees, and material purchase terms. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you select and authorize us, through Stripe, to charge that method for the displayed total. An order is complete only after payment is successfully authorized or otherwise confirmed. We or Stripe acting on our behalf will provide a transaction receipt, and we are responsible for fulfillment and purchase support.
We are responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting taxes as required by applicable law. Stripe may assist with payment processing or tax calculation, but that assistance does not make Stripe the seller or transfer our obligations to Stripe.

6. Refunds
Because software licenses are digital and are delivered electronically, purchases are generally final once fulfillment begins. This does not limit any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, warranty, or payment-dispute right that cannot be waived under applicable law or payment-method rules.
Analog Designs determines refund eligibility. We will review requests involving a duplicate or incorrect charge, failure to deliver the purchased license or download, or a material technical defect that we are unable to resolve. We may approve other requests in our discretion, and a request does not guarantee a refund.
To request a refund, email support@analogdesigns.io with the email address used at checkout, the order or receipt number, purchase date, product, and reason for the request. We will review the request and respond by email. Stripe processes approved refunds on our behalf but does not accept requests or decide eligibility.
An approved refund may be full or partial as appropriate and will ordinarily be submitted through Stripe to the original payment method. It cannot be redirected to a different card or account. After we initiate it, a refund typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method, card network, bank, or issuer; this timing is an estimate, not a guarantee. If a refund fails, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate alternative where required.
